There are two Teacher Appreciation committees each of which host an all-day reception held at the school to show teachers and staff that their work is valued.

• Fall Teacher Appreciation event is held in August.
• Spring Teacher Appreciation Lunch is held in May.

The committee is responsible for the following:

• Ordering food from a local vendor;
• Purchasing paper products, plastic cutlery and serving utensils;
• Purchasing flowers for decorations;
• Providing desserts, fruit salad and green salad;
• Organizing volunteers for set up, serving and clean up.
